Note: I just grabbed this pics from Google so……. :)Today’s dilemma………Next camera upgradeThese past few months, I’ve been researching and browsing for my next possible camera. I ended up with the Canon 7D. Which just so happens to be the most awesome APS-C camera available today. However, I’m having second thoughts about it since it’s way beyond my budget. I have limited my camera budget to 75 thousand pesos since my parents are the one whose going to pay for it anyway and like I have funds for it. Later on, I realized that I can’t get my dream camera body with that 75k budget but I can still get the set up that I want though (Canon body with a 50mm lens and a nice decent flash unit). But while I was doing some camera browsing a while ago, I saw an online gadget shop which sells gadgets below their standard retail price. Then BOOM!!! I saw my dream cam and it was way below its standard SRP and within budget (51k versus 89k). HOORAY!!! Then with my dream set up all in all it costs 79k yeah 4k over the budget but hey at least it wasn’t beyond a hundred thousand like before. However there were some drawbacks with the camera (Aww sh*t, this sucks…..) The camera is a Grey Unit. Meaning its not under canon warranty and it only has 1 year  store warranty. But with that 30k savings, it’s enough to cover the possible repair costs just incase the camera breaks down within the next 3 years. heck I spent about 12k on camera repairs of my previous camera. So I’m confident enough that even though I don’t have the 3 year warranty, things are still going to be the same (Just  incase the camera doesn’t break down within the three year period, I have saved my self a fortune). Oh well… I just wish that my parents get me a new camera before the year ends (before the 7D mkII comes out)

*UPDATED*

Para sa mga bagong salang sa buhay college, medyo mangangapa ka pa, kakalabas mo palang sa comfort zone mo, AKA High School. The transition from high school to college is pretty unnerving. It’s basically entering a new world.

Ako din, I had a really hard time coping with the new environment, from the sheltered atmosphere of DLSU-C, I suddenly found myself in the middle of a busy bustling city, wherein, pardon the cliche, it never seemed to sleep.

Awkward silence during the first day (may mga maiingay na din naman pero yeah).

Swerte ka na kung kaklase mo ung HS friend mo.

Mabilis ang buhay sa Manila compared a hometown mo, unless you live in MNL.

Etc etc.

Despite these seemingly daunting things, college is fun, specifically sa Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas.
